Today woke up early...again...to go for band.Nothing really exciting happen...it's almost routine except that there was combined pract with CO which,being the slacker that I am,gave up my place to the rest of my section to play so I can slack around.Left at 1145 for service.
The ride was interesting,the driver was obviously Christian as well and he was playing a christian cd that contained some songs that I know,of course making me want to sing along.
Today's trip was super ex...coz I told him to go fastest so I won't be late,then he had to try and give up many routes before managing to navigate through a whole lot of cars and got me to the taxi stand opposite centrepoint at 1225,then I rushed(erm...walk very fast...can't run much yet)Reached just in time...Thank God!
Today is such a good day,usually during praise and worship I'm so constrained and stiff,today like really really felt God's presence and really really moved.Whee!Today's sermon was related to what I've have been thinking about sometimes recently,so I was like...listening real carefully so I can remember as much as I can and hopefully do something about it.After service,went to Starhub for lunch and in between that a mini-prayer meet led by Jon in our caregroup for the purpose of reinforcing the sermon,and now I really want to do something about it.
After lunch the rest went for meeting while I waited outside and began my long overdue revision on chem,esp since chem test is on mon.After they finished,me,martin,calvin,jun liang,luke,clement and shawn went to PS where I bought "Always and Forever" cd by the planetshakers...which I din bring home since I lent it to martin...lol.Then after a whole lot of discussion and a photo shot that din include 3/4 of my face,we took MRT to ang mo kio,where we slowly made our way to the library for muggin session.
I'm so sad that I didn't really carry out what I wanted to do coz of lack of guts...hopefully I can overcome my fear soon so this would be easier.
Anyway,considering my notes for NMR and nitro compounds were pretty much blank...took Calvin's notes and started copying so that I could do more revision...unfortunately,the library decided to close at 9 which meant I didn't finish copying the notes and will most likely fail the test on mon unless a miracle happens...(have no one to blame except myself).Shawn left halfway through the muggin session and the rest of us left at 9 since the library people figured out that the effective way of chasing us out is just to turn off the lights so we can't see...Made our way to Mac for dinner and then for home.On the way Calvin,Clement and Luke got a little crazy smearing chili sauce on Jun Liang(coz of his spiritual b'day) while me and martin got out of the way. Then left with the '136" gang(those taking 136 lar)...and started talking about star wars again....can't wait for it to come out.
