Amazed that I'm still actually awake enough to type at this time in the night...but hey this is important stuff.

Woke up early today to go amk mac for section breakfast at 8...but started at 830 coz pratically every1 was late...and so as one united section,we arrived late for band as well.Spend some time preparing stuff and giving stuff...and its off to ESPLANADE!!!!

To make a long story short,spent the entire day at esplanade as per normal concert...with lots of phototaking,full-dress rehearsals,horrible food(ok not so horrible but it aint good either),cards and fun!Sad thing is that I forgot to bring my cam...lucky most others did.Since I didn't play for combined...ended up with lots of time to slack and played bridge where I won 5 times in a row...w00t!So etc etc etc,finally it came to 630...got a rough check of attire,decided not to gel my hair,and also prayed that I will not screw up my solo.

Then 730 came and its onto the stage we go...First piece,Vesuvius...ok good not as many errors as SYF.Second piece,Phantom,ooh..got a little screwed up at some point,but not very obvious..also good.Then third piece,Hidamari...WHOA!!!!SUPER COOL!!!I GOT NATURAL VIBRATO FOR MY SOLO!!!but really dun think i played as well as i could,a little nervous,but really thank God for all the encouraging stuff other ppl said to me that helped me be less freaked out.So fourth piece,Omens Of Love,good not bad considering only 2 weeks to learn...Finally last piece,Pirates,a nice ending to the concert.Then complete the thing,continued slacking before finally being allowed to leave...din follow the band back to school coz i went to meet Martin,Calvin,Clement,Rayson and Luke.Went up to first floor and was a little mobbed by people congratulating me....lol...bhb,also received quite alot of stuff...
So anyway,kind of loiter there with the guys with them trying to tau pok me twice unsuccessfully...lol...before going to chomp chomp for supper.Finally took taxi home for sleeping time.

And thus marks the end of my public performances as part of AJ Band,really was an emotional rollercoaster ride,and truthfully,though not the best band I've been in,its one with quite alot of emotional attachment....so thanks guys for making it so for me.Always One Band One Sound!
